View ASD Training CatalogInterested in learning more about Comprehensive Evaluations and Treatment options for ASD?
These trainings offer professionals valuable and practical information about the assessment and treatment of autism, with strategies to improve diagnostic accuracy with a comprehensive evaluation and approaches for treatment and ongoing support with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). While focused primarily on individuals under the age of 21, these trainings will explore autism across the lifespan, highlighting behaviors to watch as individuals progress through different developmental stages. Each training will be grounded by best practices guidelines and provide evidence-based recommendations. Whether it's completing an initial diagnostic evaluation or addressing challenges with a behavior treatment plan, these trainings emphasize collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Integrating insights from different disciplines promotes solutions and achieves shared goals. Most importantly, these trainings help you develop a strong partnership with the autistic person and their family.

All participants are welcome, whether you are a provider, advocate, or family member. If you are a provider, you will learn tools for conducting a clinical interview, differentiating co-morbid or co-occurring disorders, providing treatment recommendations, conducting an evaluation feedback session with the family, and how to integrate information into a meaningful and useful report. Additionally, you will learn skills to address challenging behaviors and improve family dynamics through structured communication strategies. Trainings focus on the ever-changing preferred language used by the autistic community including ways to be inclusive and neuroaffirming. If you are looking to deepen your expertise or knowledge base, these trainings will improve your daily interactions or clinical work and strengthen your confidence to serve individuals with autism and their families.
