Frequently Asked Questions
Initial trainings include:
- Intensive Care Coordination with Wraparound (ICCW),
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD),
- Michigan Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (MichiCANS),
- Waiver for Children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SEDW) and
- Children's Waiver Program (CWP).
All certificates issued by the CBC for training occurring on or after May 13, 2026, will be available for download in the Dashboard on micbc.org. Certificates for trainings occurring before May 13, 2026, would have been emailed from micbc@pcgus.com.

The CBC offers two different types of certificates, as outlined below.
Certificate of Attendance
- Also referred to as Record of Attendance.
- Will show any Children's Diagnostic and Treatment Services (CDTS) hours earned.
- Available in your Dashboard to download if you meet the attendance requirement for the training.
- Will be downloadable in your Dashboard within five (5) business days of the training date.
Certificate of Completion
- Will show any Continuing Education Units (CEUs) earned.
- Available in your Dashboard to download if you meet the attendance requirement AND completed the post-training survey within 30 days.
- Will be downloadable in your Dashboard within five (5) business days of completing the survey.
Did you take a training before May 13, 2026? For any CBC trainings you may have completed before May 13, 2026, those certificates would have been e-mailed to you and are not currently available for download in your Dashboard. If you need a copy of your certificate, please email our support team at micbc@pcgus.com.

You can take the MichiCANS Certification or Re-certification Assessment through the Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management (TCOM) training platform at www.tcomtraining.com. For any questions or other support needs related to the assessment exams, go to support@tcomtraining.com.
To register for a training with the CBC you will need to first register with MiLogin. Once you've registered, you will be able to sign in to your CBC dashboard and access registration links for each available training. Need to create a MiLogin account? Training dates are periodically added to the calendar. Please reach out to the CBC team at MICBC@pcgus.com if you have any questions or feedback on training dates and times.
If your MichiCANS certification has lapsed, your account will be disabled. You will not be able to follow the recertification directions until your account is reactivated. Please email support@tcomtraining.com for assistance in reactivating your TCOM account.
